What Is FBM?
FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) means you handle all fulfillment - warehousing, picking, packing, shipping, and customer returns. Products show "Shipped by [Your Business]" instead of "Shipped by Amazon."
When to Use FBM
FBM makes sense for oversized items (where FBA fees are prohibitive), custom/personalized products, items with very low margins, or when you have your own efficient fulfillment operation.
